We go here, work there, and serve here on repeat and the next thing you know we are secretly grasping at the air for everything to stop for a moment; work needs to stop coming, people need to stop needing us, teenagers need to stop being teenagers (LOL), we need to stop and draw boundaries, and time needs to stop so we can take a moment to exhale so it does not feel like we are getting further behind. But deep down we know... we know that work will always be there, and somebody will always need us but that does not have to stop us from living in God’s rest. However, the struggle to pause and come away for a while is real and ongoing. I challenge you to join us and experience the blessing that’s in your resting!

Soul Care – We do this by making time to focus on Jesus during our Rest Stops where we are learning how to find our rest in HIM and walk in that rest through interactive discussion and soul care techniques. In 2023 we will also offer nightly Rest Caps and more to focus on care for our souls while aboard.

Self-Care – Having good ole’ pure fun and treating ourselves to some extras is our self-care. Sometimes we forget that it is not all work and no play. We need to put fun on the list and not feel guilty about it. Not only will we have fun together but there are endless amenities on the ship for you to get your self-care in check!

Although you will not be able to bring the cooks home with you from the ship, you will leave refreshed and ready to continue the work and serving that's ahead from a place of rest. Girl Rest! and getaway! We will see you on the ship.
